Here’s a quick full-body stretch exercise. Begin by lying flat on the floor. Lift your hands above your head, with your arms flat on the floor. Make sure your body is lying straight, with your feet together. Now stretch your entire body, moving your hands and feet in the opposite direction as far away from each other as possible. Feel the stretch, but be gentle, do not pull till you have pain. Pull just enough to feel a stretch.
